1. Our Services

Empire Roofing provides roofing services including:

• Roof restoration and repairs
• Roof cleaning and painting
• Colorbond roofing installation
• Emergency roofing services
• Roof checks and written quotes

2. Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes that are:

• Valid for 30 days from issue date
• Based on the initial roof check
• Subject to final site inspection
• Inclusive of GST where applicable

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project size:

• Small jobs (under $2,000): Payment due upon completion
• Medium jobs ($2,000-$10,000): 50% deposit, balance on completion
• Large jobs (over $10,000): Progress payments as agreed

4. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship:

• General repairs: 12 months
• Restoration work: 7 years on workmanship
• New installations: 10 years structural warranty

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus administrative costs
• After work begins: Payment for completed work and ordered materials
• Custom materials: Non-refundable once ordered

6. Limitations

We are not liable for delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or material supply issues. Our liability is limited to the contract value and direct damages only.

7. Insurance

Empire Roofing maintains public liability insurance, workers compensation, and professional indemnity coverage. Current details are available on request.
